Memory Tools ver. 2.0

************************INSTALLATION NOTES************************

To install Memory Tools 2.0:

1. You will need to get vbrun300.dll if you don't already have it.
   This file should be available from the location where you down-
   loaded this program. 

2. Copy all the files to the directory of your choice...
   For example c:\memtools or c:\util

3. In Program Manager create a group called "Memory Tools"
   Then add CPUMON.EXE and SYSRES.EXE to that group.

4. Enjoy!!!
